Tried the 4.5m to start with but was rather overpowered so switched to 3.5m. Initially not enough in the lulls but the wind picked up and it was about right. It was pretty gusty and the sea was a confused mess with big lumps so nothing would have been right all the time. Plenty of rinsings but fun in between. I stopped when the rain stopped and the sun came out as the wind switched onshore.
